Shipping and Orders

We ship within one to 5 business days of the order being placed.
We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. Right now, we offer free shipping for orders $100 and over. Otherwise, please go to the CART and enter your details for an accurate real-time shipping quote. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. *Orders being shipped outside of Australia and New Zealand are charged on a case-by-case basis and may include additional processing and handling fees. We ship all around the world!
For orders placed directly through our site, international shipping costs may be incurred and depends on the total weight of the package. International packages will typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive at their destination. Please feel free to email us or give us a call if there is anything we can further assist you with.
Custom and import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.
Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order.
Since the turnaround time on packages is so fast, changing an order after it's been placed can be tricky. We recommend calling or emailing us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always go above and beyond to make sure your order is correct.

Returns and Exchanges
